1. Adaptation of the laboratory technique for the growth works of NbAs single crystals by the method of chemical transport reactions.
2. Development of the desktop application that allows the storage, manipulation of data and real-time access to the available information on the enlarged samples and the conclusions of the experimental analysis of their physico-chemical properties.
3. Synthesis from the initial elements Nb and As of the powder necessary for the growth of NbAs single crystals and their actual growth by the method of chemical transport reactions.
4. Quality control of samples obtained from NbAs using roentgen-structural, roengeno-phase and fluorescence analysis.
5. Determination with the help of roentgen-structural analysis of the natural crystallographic planes of the monocrystals obtained by NbAs.
6. Connect the application to the database and enter the research data into it through the desktop application.
7. Analysis of the optical properties of the single crystals selected by NbAs and appreciation of the potential use in the new generation electronic devices of this material.
