Project objectives

  • The crystal growth of the Cu2ZnSiSe4 and Cu2ZnSiTe4 by chemical transport reactions and Bridgman method.
  • Determination of the chemical composition of the obtained compounds.
  • The study of the dependence of the optical and electrical properties of crystals of the temperature and/or other experimental conditions of measurements.
