Bagatskii\u201d AN\u0218U \u00een cadrul proiectului au inten\u021bionat realizarea sintezei, studiului particularit\u0103\u021bilor structurale, conforma\u021bionale, al naturii interac\u021biunilor intermoleculare din cristal, al afinit\u0103\u021bii liganzilor noi ai receptorilor benzodiazepinici \u0219i fibrinogenici \u0219i al propriet\u0103\u021bile lor farmacologice.<\/p>\n<p>Actualitatea proiectului a fost determinat\u0103 de importan\u021ba \u0219i perspectiva de utilizare a deriva\u021bilor dihidro-1,4-benzodiazepinei av\u00e2nd substituen\u021bi \u00een pozi\u021bia 3 ca medicamente neurotropice \u0219i psihotropice \u0219i a liganzilor receptorilor fibrinogenici (integrin \u03b1<sub>IIb<\/sub>\u03b2<sub>3<\/sub>) ca inhibitori la agegarea plachetar\u0103 care pot fi folosi\u021bi la prevenirea \u0219i tratamentul bolilor periculoase cardiovasculare, a\u0219a ca ateroscleroza, stenocardia, infarctul miocardic, accidentul vascular celebral \u0219i tromboembolismul.<\/p>\n<p>Ca obiecte de studii au servit deriva\u021bii noi ai 1,2-dihidro-1,4-benzodiazepinelor \u0219i noi antagoni\u0219ti ai \u03b1<sub>IIb<\/sub>\u03b2<sub>3<\/sub>\u00a0\u2013 deriva\u021bi ai 1,2,3,4-tetrahidroisochinolinei, ftalimidinei \u0219i chinazolinei.<\/p>\n<p>Particularit\u0103\u021bile structurale \u0219i conforma\u021bionale \u0219i caracterul interac\u021biunilor intermoleculare au fost determinate \u00een rezultatul studiului cu raze X \u0219i a calculelor distribu\u021biei poten\u021bialului electrostatic la suprafa\u021ba moleculelor pentru cristalele compu\u0219ilor, investiga\u021bii efectuate de echipa din IFA. Sinteza \u0219i studiul afinit\u0103\u021bii 1,2-dihidro-4-benzodiazepinelor la receptorii centrali benzodiazepinici \u0219i a deriva\u021bilor 1,2,3,4-tetrahidroisochinolinei, chinazolinei \u0219i ftalimidinei la receptorii fibrinogenici \u03b1IIb\u03b23, realizarea dochingului molecular al acestor antagoni\u0219ti la receptorii fibrinogenici \u0219i studiul farmacologic al compu\u0219ilor a fost efectuat de echipa IF-C \u201cA.V. Bagatskii\u201d. Lu\u00e2nd \u00een considera\u021bie contribu\u021bia factorilor structurali la manifestarea afinit\u0103\u021bii acestor compu\u0219i fa\u021b\u0103 de receptorii men\u021biona\u021bi a fost realizat designul molecular \u0219i sinteza compu\u0219ilor cu o \u00eenalt\u0103 afinitate, care ar permite l\u0103rgirea remediilor medicamentoase, inclusiv pentru a substitui importul acestora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Executorii proiectului (R.
