Vor fi determinate tipul \u0219i concentra\u021bia purt\u0103torilor de sarcin\u0103, mobilitatea Hall \u0219i conductivitatea, mecanismele de conductivitate \u0219i \u00eempr\u0103\u0219tiere. O aten\u021bie major\u0103 va fi acordat\u0103 stabilirii dependen\u021bei dintre aceste propriet\u0103\u021bi \u0219i condi\u021biile tehnologice.<\/li>\n<li>Determinarea func\u021biilor optice ale straturilor \u0219i cristalelor ACZTSSe din m\u0103sur\u0103torile coeficien\u021bilor de absorb\u021bie \u0219i reflecxie. Vor fi determinate valorile benzii interzise \u0219i dependen\u021ba acesteia de temperatur\u0103 \u0219i vor fi comparate cu modelele teoretice.<\/li>\n<li>Studiul recombin\u0103rii radiative in straturile \u0219i cristalele ACZTSSe prin spectroscopia fotoluminescent\u0103. Vor fi determinate banda interzis\u0103 optic\u0103 \u0219i energia optic\u0103 de activare a nivelelor de defecte create. O aten\u021bie major\u0103 va fi acordat\u0103 stabilirii rela\u021biilor dintre propriet\u0103\u021bile fotoluminescente a cristalelor \u0219i straturilor \u0219i condi\u021biile de ob\u021binere ale acestora.<\/li>\n<li>Experimente transient-grating a straturilor \u0219i cristalelor ACZTSSe, determinarea coeficien\u021bilor de difuzie \u0219i a duratei de via\u021b\u0103 a purt\u0103torilor de sarcin\u0103, ace\u0219tia fiind cei mai importan\u021bi parametri ai materialelor pentru celulele solare.<\/li>\n<li>Analiza \u00eempr\u0103\u0219tierii Raman a cristalelor \u0219i straturilor ACZTSSe. Analiza vibra\u021bional\u0103 va fi be corelat\u0103 cu caracterizarea structural\u0103 \u0219i compozi\u021bional\u0103 pentru sistematizarea dependen\u021bei modelor Raman de compozi\u021bia materialelor studiate.
