(1936-1948), director al Laboratorului Central de Cercet\u0103ri \u00c5\u017etiin\u021bi\u00adfice \u00een domeniul prelucr\u0103rii electrice a materialelor al A.\u00c5\u017e. a U.R.S.S. (1955-1961), secretar \u0219tiin\u021bific al Prezidiului A.\u00c5\u017e. a U.R.S.S., consi\u00adlier superior pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Prezidiul Academiei de \u00c5\u017etiin\u021be a Republicii Po\u00adpulare Chineze. \u00cen 1961 este numit director al Institutului de Ener\u00adgetic\u0103 \u0219i Automatic\u0103 al A.\u00c5\u017e.M. (reorganizat \u00een Institutul Probleme Electrofizice, iar ulterior \u00een Institutul de Fizic\u0103 Aplicat\u0103, pe care \u00eel fondeaz\u0103 \u0219i al c\u0103rui director este \u00een perioada 1964-1979). Concomi\u00adtent de\u021bine func\u021bia de vicepre\u0219edinte al A.\u00c5\u017e.M. (1974-1979).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A fondat \u0219coli \u0219tiin\u021bifice \u00een domeniul prelucr\u0103rii materialelor prin electroeroziune la Moscova \u0219i la Chi\u0219in\u0103u. Este autorul meto\u00addei de prelucrare electric\u0103 a materialelor, care a pus \u00eenceputul unei direc\u021bii noi \u00een tehnologia prelucr\u0103rii suprafe\u021belor \u0219i a influen\u021bat so\u00adlu\u021bionarea unui \u0219ir de probleme \u0219tiin\u021bifice ce \u021bin de fizica materiale\u00adlor conductoare de curent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201eOm Emerit&#8221;, laureat al Premiului de Stat al U.R.S.S. (1946). A fost decorat cu ordinele \u201eDrapelul Ro\u0219u de Munc\u0103&#8221;, \u201eRevolu\u021bia din Octombrie&#8221;, \u201eInsigna de Onoare&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conduc\u0103tor \u0219tiin\u021bific a peste 30 de doctori \u0219i doctori habilita\u021bi \u00een \u0219tiin\u021be. Caracterul fizic al electroeroziunii ca metod\u0103 de prelucrare \u00eei asigur\u0103 o flexibilitate unic\u0103 tehnologic\u0103 at\u00e2t \u00een privin\u00ad\u021ba formei suprafe\u021bei, c\u00e2t \u0219i a nomenclaturii materialelor prelucrate. Opera\u021biile tehnologice respect\u0103 dou\u0103 principii: (1) forma suprafe\u00ad\u021bei prelucrate este determinat\u0103 de forma suprafe\u021bei instrumentului \u0219i (2) forma suprafe\u021bei prelucrate nu depinde de cea a instrumentu\u00adlui \u0219i este determinat\u0103 de geometria deplas\u0103rii lui \u00een spa\u021biu. \u00cen calita\u00adte de electrod-instrument se utilizeaz\u0103 s\u00e2rme sub\u021biri, asigur\u00e2nd pre\u00adlucrarea cu precizii predeterminate. Exist\u0103 cinci genera\u021bii de insta\u00adla\u021bii, ultima dintre care este \u00eenzestrat\u0103 cu comand\u0103 programat\u0103 \u0219i se folose\u0219te pentru fabricarea instrumentelor \u0219i pieselor aparatajului aeronautic, cosmic, electronic, asigur\u00e2nd automatizarea complet\u0103 a procesului. Metoda de prelucrare electrofizic\u0103 a materialelor se uti\u00adlizeaz\u0103 \u0219i \u00een domeniul artelor frumoase &#8211; efectuarea inscrip\u021biilor \u0219i desenelor cu peni\u021ba electric\u0103 pe metale \u0219i pe sticl\u0103 acoperit\u0103 cu o pe\u00adlicul\u0103 sub\u021bire conductoare de electricitate. \u00c5\u00a2\u0103rile cu economie avan\u00adsat\u0103 fabric\u0103 utilaje, instala\u021bii \u0219i aparate de prelucrare a materialelor prin electroeroziune, cu ajutorul c\u0103rora se rezolv\u0103 probleme difici\u00adle din industria cosmic\u0103, electronic\u0103, constructoare de ma\u0219ini \u0219.a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-style: solid; border-width: 0px; float: left; margin-left: 5px; margin-right: 5px; width: 45%;\" src=\"https:\/\/ifa.usm.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/BRL2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>O alt\u0103 descoperire valoroas\u0103 este metoda alierii prin sc\u00e2ntei electrice a suprafe\u021belor metalice, cu ajutorul c\u0103reia pot fi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bite caracte\u00adristicile de exploatare ale pieselor de ma\u0219ini, metod\u0103 folosit\u0103 \u00een dife\u00adrite ramuri ale economiei. Maj oritatea lucr\u0103rilor \u0219tiin\u021bifice sunt con\u00adsacrate studiului comport\u0103rii materialelor conductoare de curent \u00een plasma desc\u0103rc\u0103rilor electrice \u00een impulsuri \u0219i utiliz\u0103rii legit\u0103\u021bilor fe\u00adnomenelor descoperite \u00een dezvoltarea tehnologiilor. O aten\u021bie de\u00adosebit\u0103 a acordat studiului eroziunii metalelor \u00een plasma sc\u00e2nteilor electrice, stabilind pentru prima dat\u0103 legit\u0103\u021bile care dirijeaz\u0103 acest proces.
