A\u0218M<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Durata :<\/th>\n<td>2020 &#8211; 2023<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Laborator(~oare)\u00a0:<\/th>\n<td><a href=\"https:\/\/ifa.usm.md\/?page_id=184\">Laboratorul Materiale pentru Fotovoltaic\u0103 \u0219i Fotonic\u0103<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><a id=\"pagetop\" name=\"pagetop\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cre\u0219terea rentabilit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i minimizarea efectelor negative ale tehnologiilor inova\u021bionale asupra ecologiei, simplificarea metodelor de producere \u0219i p\u0103strarea unui raport pre\u021b-calitate competitiv, sunt doar c\u00e2teva dintre obiectivele generale ale cercet\u0103torilor \u0219i inginerilor \u00een contextul evolu\u021biei continue a societ\u0103\u021bii. \u00cen acest sens, combinarea mai multor materiale semiconductoare \u00een structuri fotovoltaice (FV) tandem a devenit o tem\u0103 actual\u0103 \u0219i destul de promi\u021b\u0103toare \u00een scopul eficientiz\u0103rii sectorului energiei regenerabile. Eficien\u021ba a astfel de structuri este sporit\u0103, deoarece \u00een conversia FV particip\u0103 dou\u0103 jonc\u021biuni cu eficien\u021b\u0103 optimal\u0103 \u00een regiunea sa de sensibilitate. \u00cen cadrul acestui proiect, \u00een calitate de jonc\u021biuni cu banda interzis\u0103 (E<sub>g<\/sub>) larg\u0103, func\u021bionale \u00een regiunea undelor scurte, vor fi utilizate cele \u00een baza straturilor sub\u021biri de tip kesterit, care au atins o eficien\u021b\u0103 de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 12,6 % \u00een celule solare cu o singur\u0103 jonc\u021biune. Astfel de materiale sunt reprezentate prin compu\u0219ii cuaternari cu formula general\u0103 Cu(Ag)<sub>2<\/sub>A<sup>II<\/sup>B<sup>IV<\/sup>X<sub>4<\/sub>, unde A=Zn, Cd; \u0412<sup>IV<\/sup>=Si, Ge, Sn \u0219i X=S, Se, care formeaz\u0103 o clas\u0103 larg\u0103 de compu\u0219i cu structuri \u00eenrudite. Ace\u0219tia se caracterizeaz\u0103 prin benzi cu tranzi\u021bii directe, coeficient de absorb\u021bie \u00eenalt (&gt;10<sup>4<\/sup>\u00a0cm<sup>-1<\/sup>) \u0219i o E<sub>g<\/sub>\u00a0cu l\u0103\u021bimea ajustabil\u0103 \u00eentre 1.0 \u0219i 2.5 eV. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, componenta cu E<sub>g<\/sub>\u00a0de 1.1 eV (jonc\u021biunea secund\u0103 \u00een tandem) va fi jonc\u021biunea format\u0103 prin depunerea pe placheta de siliciu (Si) a stratului sub\u021bire de oxid de indiu \u0219i staniu (ITO). Placheta de siliciu va servi \u0219i ca suport a carcasei structurii tandem formate. Pentru aprecierea poten\u021bialului utiliz\u0103rii energiei solare \u00een \u021bara noastr\u0103 \u0219i studiul influen\u021bei propriet\u0103\u021bilor optice ale atmosferei asupra radia\u021biei solare incidente pe suprafa\u021ba terestr\u0103, va fi utilizat\u0103 sta\u021biunea terestr\u0103 pentru efectuarea m\u0103sur\u0103torilor radia\u021biei solare, care este \u00eenzestrat\u0103 cu cel mai modern echipament electronic \u0219i senzori radiometrici. De asemenea, dezvoltarea nanostructurilor \u00een sticle calcogenice \u0219i straturi sub\u021biri de azopolimeri cu propriet\u0103\u021bi specifice de polarizare, precum \u0219i a metodelor de micro\u2013 \u0219i nano\u2013 structurizare ale elementelor optice de difrac\u021bie (EOD) \u00een aceste materiale reprezint\u0103 o perspectiv\u0103 promi\u021b\u0103toare de a extinde aplicarea lor \u00een a\u0219a domenii ca nanotehnologii, fotonic\u0103 \u0219i biomedicin\u0103. Acestea vor putea fi\u00a0 utilizate \u00een medii de \u00eenregistrare \u0219i vizualizare optic\u0103 a imaginilor, \u00een fotonic\u0103 \u0219i pentru diferi\u021bi senzori.
