Obiectivele prev\u0103d argumentarea perfec\u021bion\u0103rii proceselor \u00een c\u00e2mpuri de for\u021b\u0103 privind: intensificarea transferului de c\u0103ldur\u0103 electroconvectiv \u0219i la schimbarea st\u0103rii de agregare \u00een minicanale la refularea electrohidrodinamic\u0103 (EHD) a agen\u021bilor de lucru, generarea tensiunii \u00eenalte; electroizomerizarea lactozei \u00een lactuloz\u0103 cu ob\u021binerea simultan\u0103 a concentratului proteic mineral cu propriet\u0103\u021bi predeterminate, dup\u0103 caz, a acidului lactic din produse lactate secundare; electroplasmoliza cu scurgerea liber\u0103 a sucului \u0219i tratarea cu preparat fermentativ, extragerea cavita\u021bional\u0103 a substan\u021belor bioactive, deshidratarea materiei prime vegetale; activarea materialelor \u00een c\u00e2mp electromagnetic, degradarea nano-fotocatalitic\u0103 a poluan\u021bilor organici la ac\u021biunea luminii solare.<\/p>\n<p>Relevan\u021ba este motivat\u0103 de necesitatea intensific\u0103rii proceselor de transfer \u0219i procesare \u00een baza fenomenelor electrofizice, electromagnetice, cavita\u021bionale, care se eviden\u021biaz\u0103 prin eficien\u021b\u0103 \u00eenalt\u0103, u\u0219or reglabil\u0103. Rezultatele se vor eviden\u021bia prin cuno\u0219tin\u021be noi, elabor\u0103ri tehnologice emergente \u0219i tehnici de performan\u021b\u0103. Cercet\u0103rile vor asigura generarea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor, analiza, modelarea proceselor \u0219i generalizarea rezultatelor, ob\u021binerea formulelor de calcul \u0219i optimizare a parametrilor proceselor studiate. Rezultatele vor cuprinde legit\u0103\u021bi ale transferului de c\u0103ldur\u0103 \u0219i mas\u0103, caracteristici electrohidrodinamice, parametrii proceselor prev\u0103zute, optimiz\u0103ri ale regimurilor de procesare, de ob\u021binere \u0219i aplicare a nanocompozitului TiO<sub>2<\/sub>\/diatomit.
