Materialele metalorganice (MMO) includ particule polinucleare \u0219i re\u021bele metalorganice cu cavit\u0103\u021bi \u00een structurile lor regulate cu grad m\u0103rit de func\u021bionalitate. Aceste materiale sunt recunoscute ca flexibile pentru elaborarea designului molecular, iar reprezentan\u021bii lor pot fi modifica\u021bi pentru aplica\u021bii speciale: dispozitive spintronice moleculare, stocarea energiei (H<sub>2<\/sub>, CH<sub>4<\/sub>) \u0219i separarea gazelor, ca materiale sensibile cu r\u0103spunsuri optice sau magnetice la includerea moleculelor oaspete. MMO sunt materiale ecologice \u0219i economice poten\u021biale pentru captarea gazelor cu efect de ser\u0103, transform\u0103rile c\u0103ldurii aerului condi\u021bionat \u0219i ca purt\u0103tori de medicamente, fapt ce devin din ce \u00een ce mai importante pentru economia mondial\u0103. Compu\u0219ii supramoleculari (CS) policomponen\u021bi sunt \u021binte atractive pentru designul \u0219i reglarea propriet\u0103\u021bilor prin manipularea cu interac\u021biunile mai fine dec\u00e2t leg\u0103turile coordinative, precum leg\u0103turile de hidrogen, interac\u021biunile de tip staking \u0219i halogen\u2026halogen. O tehnic\u0103 folosit\u0103 la modificarea \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea propriet\u0103\u021bilor fizico-chimice \u0219i farmacocinetice ale ingredientelor active, bioactive sau farmaceutice, ce includ conceptul de sinton supramolecular, e legat\u0103 de cocristalizarea entit\u0103\u021bilor bioactive ce poate duce la livrarea mai eficient\u0103 a acestora. Designul ra\u021bional al MMO \u0219i CS se bazeaz\u0103 pe principiile ingineriei cristalelor, care implic\u0103 conceptul de blocuri de construc\u021bie moleculare\/supermoleculare, unit\u0103\u021bi de structur\u0103 secundare \u0219i abordarea \u201enod\u201d \u0219i \u201espacer\u201d, modularitate structural\u0103, chimie reticular\u0103, modificare postsintetic\u0103,<br \/>\nsinton supramolecular. Astfel, compu\u0219ii liganzilor organici cu ionii metalici\/clusteri pot duce la formarea MOM multifunc\u021bionale topologic similare \u00een care sunt integrate dou\u0103 sau mai multe propriet\u0103\u021bi fizice\/chimice. Reglarea propriet\u0103\u021bilor luminescente ale materialelor organice avansate poate fi ob\u021binut\u0103 prin coordinarea moleculelor la diferi\u021bi ioni de metal, ce ar influen\u021ba modul de agregare a acestora \u00een cristal, ca urmare, cocristalele pot \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi propriet\u0103\u021bile fizico-chimice ale medicamentelor f\u0103r\u0103 a diminua beneficiile lor terapeutice.<\/p>\n<p>Obiectivele proiectului sunt: (i) dezvoltarea protocoalelor pentru fabricarea direc\u021bionat\u0103 a MMO \u0219i CS de perspectiv\u0103, ace\u0219tea fiind compu\u0219i coordinativi homo- \u0219i heterometalici ai metalelor d, f, d-d\u2032, d-f cu carboxila\u021bi, liganzi cu atomii donori O, N, S, deriva\u021bi ai bazelor Schiff cu propriet\u0103\u021bi utile combinate.
