A\u0218M<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Durata :<\/th>\n<td>2020 &#8211; 2023<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Laborator(~oare)\u00a0:<\/th>\n<td><a href=\"https:\/\/ifa.usm.md\/?page_id=51\">Laboratorul Metode Electrofizice \u0219i Electrochimice de Prelucrare a Materialelor \u201cBoris Lazarenko\u201d<\/a>,<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ifa.usm.md\/?page_id=204\">Laboratorul Propriet\u0103\u021bi Mecanice ale Materialelor \u201cIulia Boiarskaia\u201d<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><a id=\"pagetop\" name=\"pagetop\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Proiectul este orientat spre crearea bazelor \u0219tiin\u021bifice ale tehnologiilor de ob\u021binere \u0219i utilizare a noilor materiale \u0219i acoperirilor micro- \u0219i nanostructurate prin metode fizico-chimice (electrochimice, de electrodesc\u0103rcare \u0219i combinate: deformarea plastic\u0103 sever\u0103, pulverizare magnetron, \u0219.a.), inclusiv tehnologiile electrochimice prin electrodesc\u0103rcare pentru prelucrarea dimensional\u0103. Vor fi efectuate lucr\u0103ri de cercetare pentru elaborarea tehnologiei de electrodepunere a acoperirilor nanocristaline pe baza metalelor din grupul fierului cu wolframul din electroli\u021bi, care reduc semnificativ impactul negativ asupra mediului \u00eenconjur\u0103tor. Proiectul include de asemenea elaborarea bazelor \u0219tiin\u021bifice ale tehnologiei de sintetizare a straturilor superficiale nanostructurate la interac\u021biunea plasmei desc\u0103rc\u0103rilor in impuls cu materilele de aliere \u0219i suportul (pies\u0103) \u0219i, ca rezultat, \u00eentocmirea recomand\u0103rilor concrete privind elaborarea utilajelor tehnologice cu eficien\u021b\u0103 sporit\u0103. Vor fi create bazele \u0219tiin\u021bifice ale tehnologiei de prelucrare electrochimic\u0103 dimensional\u0103 a pieselor complexe prin impulsuri cu diapazon de microsecund\u0103 (inclusiv paletele motoarelor cu turbin\u0103) pentru utilizarea la \u00eentreprinderile din Moldova. O alt\u0103 direc\u021bie a proectului \u021bine de biomateriale sintetice compatibile cu tesutul biologic \u0219i func\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi speciale pentru inlocuirea \u0219i tratarea tesutului osos. Vor fi elaborate structuri acoperite \u00een baz\u0103 de o\u021bel medicinal nanostructurat supeficial (substrat) \u0219i strat dublu hidroxiapatit\u0103-biosticl\u0103 (HA-BS) (acoperire) cu propriet\u0103\u021bi biologice (biocompatibilitate, osteogenez\u0103, propriet\u0103\u021bi antibacteriale) \u0219i mecanice (adeziune, duritate, elasticitate) performante. Aspectul nou al acestor cercet\u0103ri const\u0103 \u00een ob\u021binerea \u0219i utilizarea \u00een calitate de substrat a o\u021belului de o structur\u0103 nanocristalin\u0103 la suprafa\u021b\u0103, realizat\u0103 prin metoda deform\u0103rii plastice severe (extrudare), \u0219i acoperirea lui cu strat dublu de HA \u0219i BS, depuse prin metoda pilveriz\u0103rii magnetron. \u00cen rezultat, vor fi ob\u021binute bio-nano-sisteme acoperite BS\/HA\/o\u021bel, care vor con\u021bine \u00een calitate de strat superficial BS de compozi\u021bie boro-magnezio-siloco-fosfatic\u0103, cu dopan\u021bi speciali (Ce, Zn, \u0219.a.), av\u00e2nd solubilitate \u00eenalt\u0103 \u00een mediul fiziologic. Astfel de compozi\u021bie va fi benefic\u0103 pentru restabilirea\/tratarea \u021besutului osos din jurul implantului \u0219i va preveni apari\u021bia infec\u021biilor post-implantare. Astfel, proiectul presupune elaborarea tehnologiilor cu eficien\u021b\u0103 \u00eenalt\u0103 pentru ob\u021binerea acoperirilor durificatoare, anticorozive \u0219i biocompatibile, cu posibilitatea comercializ\u0103rii acestora, inclusiv prin integrarea \u00een cadrul clusterului tehnico-\u0219tiin\u021bific Elchim-Moldova (SRL Topaz, Chi\u0219in\u0103u).
