A\u0218M<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Durata :<\/th>\n<td>2020 &#8211; 2023<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Laborator(~oare)\u00a0:<\/th>\n<td><a href=\"https:\/\/ifa.usm.md\/?page_id=173\">Laboratorul Fizica Compu\u0219ilor Semiconductori \u201cSergiu R\u0103d\u0103u\u021ban\u201d<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><a id=\"pagetop\" name=\"pagetop\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Proiectul este focalizat asupra ob\u021binerii, cercet\u0103rii \u0219i model\u0103rii materialelor noi bi- \u0219i tridimensionale cu propriet\u0103\u021bi magnetice, optice \u0219i dielectrice\/semiconductoare dirijate, sintezate \u00een baza metalelor de tranzi\u021bie pentru aplica\u021bii \u00een spintronic\u0103, opto- \u0219i nanoelectronic\u0103. Obiectele de studii sunt urm\u0103toarele: (i) materialele magnetice polare cu structura spinel lacunar\u0103 AB<sub>4<\/sub>X<sub>8<\/sub>\u00a0(A=Ga, Al, Ge; B=V, Nb, Ta; X=S, Se) cu obiecte spin-vortex de tip skyrmion cu dimensionalitate nanometric\u0103; (ii) compu\u0219ii polari Me<sub>2<\/sub>Mo<sub>3<\/sub>O<sub>8<\/sub>\u00a0(Me=Mn, Fe, Co) cu structura hexagonal\u0103; (iii) cristalele stratificate, nanolamelele exfoliate \u0219i filmele ultrasub\u021biri bidimensionale (2D) ale dicalcogenizilor metalelor de tranzi\u021bie TX<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0(T=Mo, W; X=S, Se), pure, dopate cu metale de tranzitie \u0219i intercalate cu molecule de halogeni, precum \u0219i heterostructurile semiconductoare lamelare de tip van der Waals, formate de nanofolii\/filme 2D cu compozitie diferita; (iv) sistemele moleculare, care manifest\u0103 tranzi\u021bii de spin sub ac\u021biunea extern\u0103. Propriet\u0103\u021bile monocristalelor perfecte masive (3D) ale compu\u0219ilor magnetici \u0219i celor lamelari TX<sub>2<\/sub>, nanofoliilor cristaline \u0219i ale heterostructurilor van der Waals ob\u021binute vor fi studiate \u00een vederea elucid\u0103rii mecanismelor de formare a st\u0103rilor skyrmion, interac\u021biunilor de schimb magnetic, st\u0103rilor electronice fundamentale \u0219i ale celor excitate, ordon\u0103rii orbitale \u0219i feroelectrice, originei memoriei Mott, excitonilor liberi \u0219i lega\u021bi \u00een nanofoliile 2D, proceselor de recombinare a purt\u0103torilor de sarcin\u0103 \u0219i a fenomenelor optice emergente la interfa\u021ba sistemelor lamelare. Se vor aplica metode avansate de cercetare ca magnetometria SQUID, propagarea ultrasunetului \u00een c\u00e2mpuri magnetice puternice (p\u00e2n\u0103 la 70T), \u00eempr\u0103\u0219tierea neutronilor, microscopia atomic\u0103 de for\u021b\u0103, spectroscopiile: optic\u0103<br \/>\n(inclusiv \u00een domeniile IR \u0219i THz), magneto-optic\u0103, Raman \u0219i fotoluminescent\u0103, precum \u0219i tehnici de caracterizare optic-neliniare. Pentru descrierea propriet\u0103\u021bilor magnetice \u0219i spectroscopice ale materialelor ob\u021binute pe parcursul derul\u0103rii proiectului vor fi elaborate modele teoretice generalizate, amplificate cu calcule DFT. La fel vor fi descrise propriet\u0103\u021bile materialelor cu st\u0103ri comutabile pe baza clusterilor mono-, tri- \u0219i tetranucleari ale metalelor de tranzi\u021bie, care manifest\u0103 crossover de spin sau tranzi\u021bii de spin induse de transfer de sarcin\u0103. Aceste modele vor lua \u00een considera\u021bie transferul electronic, superschimbul, cuplajul vibronic \u0219i interac\u021biunile cooperative. Vor fi elucidate mecanismele de formare a efectelor de comuta\u021bie.
