Trasarea diagramei de stare a sistemului \u0421u<sub>2<\/sub>ZnGeS<sub>4<\/sub>\u00a0&#8211; Cu<sub>2<\/sub>CdGeS<sub>4\u00a0<\/sub>\u0219i determinarea regimurilor optimale de sintez\u0103 \u0219i cre\u0219tere a cristalelor solu\u021biilor solide Cu<sub>2<\/sub>Zn<sub>x<\/sub>Cd<sub>1-x<\/sub>GeS<sub>4<\/sub><strong><sub>\u00a0<\/sub><\/strong>prin metoda cristaliz\u0103rii orientate (metoda Bridgman) \u0219i din faz\u0103 gazoas\u0103 (metoda transportului chimic de vapori).<\/p>\n<p>2. Determinarea compozi\u021biei, structurii \u0219i a propriet\u0103\u021bilor mecanice ale compu\u0219ilor Cu<sub>2<\/sub>ZnGeS<sub>4<\/sub>, \u0421u<sub>2<\/sub>CdGeS<sub>4<\/sub>\u00a0\u0219i a solu\u021biilor solide Cu<sub>2<\/sub>Zn<sub>x<\/sub>Cd<sub>1-x<\/sub>GeS<sub>4.<\/sub><\/p>\n<p>3. Studiul spectrelor de transmisie, fotoluminescen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i vibra\u021bionale ale compu\u0219ilor din seria Cu<sub>2<\/sub>Zn<sub>x<\/sub>Cd<sub>1-x<\/sub>GeS<sub>4.<\/sub><\/p>\n<p>4. Determinarea legit\u0103\u021bii de schimbare a parametrilor celulei elementare, a densit\u0103\u021bii, microdurit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i a l\u0103\u021bimii benzii interzise a compu\u0219ilor sintetiza\u021bi de compozi\u021bia\u00a0<em>x.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>5.
