E.coli O157:H7 este unul dintre cei mai periculo\u0219i agen\u021bi patogeni care cauzeaz\u0103 intoxica\u021bii alimentare fatale \u0219i diaree cu s\u00e2nge. Focarele de E.coli prezint\u0103 un risc semnificativ pentru siguran\u021ba alimentar\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea public\u0103. Metodele existente pentru detectarea E.coli necesit\u0103 echipamente costisitoare \u0219i preg\u0103tire special\u0103 \u0219i, de asemenea, nu sunt suficient de sensibile \u0219i consumatoare de timp. Astfel, tema acestui proiect este foarte relevant\u0103, iar produsul propus este solicitat pe pia\u021b\u0103. Biosenzorii FET au mai multe avantaje fa\u021b\u0103 de metodele tradi\u021bionale de detectare, cum ar fi sensibilitatea ridicat\u0103, aplicarea \u00een timp real \u0219i scalabilitatea. Metoda de imprimare cu jet de cerneal\u0103 a atras un mare interes datorit\u0103 capacit\u0103\u021bii de a depune o gam\u0103 larg\u0103 de materiale func\u021bionale pe un substrat cu precizie ridicat\u0103, o manier\u0103 controlat\u0103 digital, productivitate ridicat\u0103 \u0219i modelare direct\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 contact. De\u0219i imprimarea cu jet de cerneal\u0103 ofer\u0103 multe avantaje fa\u021b\u0103 de metodele tradi\u021bionale de fabricare FET, mai multe provoc\u0103ri trebuie abordate pentru a produce biosenzori de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate baza\u021bi pe TMDC. Principalele probleme sunt asociate cu provoc\u0103rile de omogenitate a straturilor depuse, func\u021bionalizarea suprafe\u021bei TMD-urilor, stabilitatea \u0219i propriet\u0103\u021bile cernelii, inclusiv v\u00e2scozitatea, tensiunea superficial\u0103, excluderea leg\u0103rii aleatoare \u0219i denaturarea receptorului \u0219i a\u0219a mai departe. Aceast\u0103 propunere \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 dezvolte o abordare inginereasc\u0103 universal\u0103 pentru fabricarea de biosenzori FET de \u00eenalt\u0103 performan\u021b\u0103 folosind metoda de imprimare cu jet de cerneal\u0103.
