Astfel, procesul de cercetare a semimetalelor Weyl prin colaborare cu colegii de la centrele \u0219tiin\u021bifice din Fran\u021ba va fi facilitat de accesul \u00een timp real la rezultatele cercet\u0103rii \u0219i de posibilitatea de stocare \u0219i organizare a datelor. Aceast\u0103 facilitate va putea fi extins\u0103 \u0219i generalizat\u0103 ulterior pentru a putea fi folosit\u0103 la scar\u0103 \u0219i mai larg\u0103 pentru procesul \u0219tiin\u021bific.<br \/>\nPentru realizarea scopului au fost stabilite urm\u0103toarele obiective:<\/p>\n<p>1. Adaptarea tehnicii de laborator pentru realizarea lucr\u0103rilor de cre\u0219tere ale monocristalelor de NbAs prin metoda reac\u021biilor chimice de transport.<br \/>\n2. Dezvoltarea aplica\u021biei desktop care permite stocarea, manipularea datelor \u0219i accesul \u00een timp real la informa\u021biile disponibile referitoare la e\u0219antioanele crescute \u0219i concluziile analizei experimentale ale propriet\u0103\u021bilor fizico-chimice ale acestora.<br \/>\n3. Sinteza din elementele ini\u021biale Nb \u0219i As a pudrei necesare cre\u0219terii monocristalelor de NbAs \u0219i cre\u0219terea propriu-zis\u0103 a acestora prin metoda reac\u021biilor chimice de transport.<br \/>\n4. Controlul calit\u0103\u021bii e\u0219antioanelor ob\u021binute de NbAs cu ajutorul analizei roentgeno-structural\u0103, roengeno-fazic\u0103 \u0219i a fluorescen\u021bei.<br \/>\n5. Determinarea cu ajutorul analizei roentgeno-structural\u0103 a planurilor cristalografice naturale ale monocristalelor ob\u021binute de NbAs.<br \/>\n6. Conectarea aplica\u021biei la baza de date \u0219i introducerea datelor cercetarilor \u00een aceasta prin intermediul aplica\u021biei desktop.<br \/>\n7.
