Olga \u0218ikimaka<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Durata :<\/th>\n<td>2015 &#8211; 2019<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Laborator(~oare) :<\/th>\n<td>Laboratorul Propriet\u0103\u021bi Mecanice ale Materialelor \u201cIulia Boiarskaia\u201d<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Proiectul a avut drept scop cercetarea propriet\u0103\u021bilor micro- \u0219i nanomecanice prin intermediul nanoindentarii dinamice a unor materiale avansate cu aplica\u021bii in optoelectronic\u0103, magneto-optic\u0103, medicina: sticle borofosfatice \u0219i aluminofosfatice dopate cu ioni de p\u0103m\u00eenturi rare (Dy, Tb), ioni de tranzi\u021bie (Mn, Fe) \u0219i post-tranzi\u021bie (Bi, Pb) de volum \u0219i bidimensionale, copolimerilor sticlo\u0219i de stiren cu acid metilic si structurilor strat-substrat (ITO\u2022SiO<sub>2<\/sub>\/Si, Cu pe substraturi de Si, MgO \u0219i LiF). O direc\u021bie nou\u0103 \u0219i pu\u021bin studiat\u0103 a constituit-o elucidarea mecanismelor principale de deformare a materialelor vitroase \u0219i polimere in micro- si nano-volume \u00een dependen\u021b\u0103 de structura, compozi\u021bia lor si regimurile de deformare, care prezint\u0103 interes atat din punct de vedere fundamental al particularit\u0103\u021bilor de deformare plastic\u0103 a materialelor amorfe, cat si din cel aplicativ, deoarece aceasta cunoa\u0219terea va deschide oportunit\u0103\u021bi noi de ob\u021binere a unor materiale cu propriet\u0103\u021bi mecanice prestabilite, ce va contribui la func\u021bionarea sigur\u0103 \u0219i durabil\u0103 a sistemelor si dispositivelor in baza lor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen plus la aceasta, \u00een proiectul dat metoda de nanoindentare a fost utilizat\u0103 sub un aspect nou de inducere a unor structuri \u0219i propriet\u0103\u021bi optice, mecanice, electrice local modificate in matricea de baza vitroasa la micro- \u0219i nano-scara prin ac\u021biunea unor presiuni locale inalte (de ordinul 5-12 GPa) create la indentare. La fel, a fost utilizat si efectul de cristalizare locala a structurii vitroase prin tratamentul cu laser, ce \u00ee\u0219i g\u0103se\u0219te aplicare ca o tehnic\u0103 efectiv\u0103 de fabricare a unor micro\/nanostrucruri regulate (sisteme de doturi, linii, re\u021bele).
