Este bine cunoscut faptul c\u0103 liganzii punte multi-topici cu implicarea a dou\u0103 sau mai multe grupe func\u021bionale ale N, S, P, \u0219i\/sau O pot manifesta diferite capacit\u0103\u021bi de coordinare la ionii de metal \u0219i astfel pot fi aplica\u021bi \u00een calitate de materie prim\u0103 eficient\u0103 pentru construirea diverselor MMO cu propriet\u0103\u021bi utile, cum ar fi adsorb\u021bia gazelor, separarea molecular\u0103 \/ionic\u0103, optic\u0103, electricitate, magnetism, chiralitate, cataliz\u0103, livrarea medicamentelor, etc [2]. Scopul proiectului are la baz\u0103 elaborarea designului \u0219i sinteza MMO-lor noi cu compozi\u021bie, topologie arhitectural\u0103 \u0219i propriet\u0103\u021bi specifice prognozate. Solu\u021bionarea scopului solicit\u0103 stabilirea urm\u0103toarelor obiective: 1. Realizarea designului MMO-lor de perspectiv\u0103 cu o combina\u021bie de propriet\u0103\u021bi utile \u2013 absorb\u021bia, luminiscen\u021ba, cataliz\u0103, magnetism, activitate biologic\u0103 [3-5]. 2. Utilizarea liganzilor polidenta\u021bi cu doi sau mai mul\u021bi atomi donori \u0219i metalelor de tranzi\u021bie la elaborarea designului. 3. Caracterizarea materialelor ob\u021binute prin analize spectroscopice, determinarea structurii cristaline \u0219i a omogenit\u0103\u021bii materialelor \u00een baza studiului cu raze X a monocristalelor \u0219i pulberilor. 4. Studiul corela\u021biei structur\u0103\u2013propriet\u0103\u021bi pentru compu\u0219ii noi cu aplicarea tehnicilor \u0219i metodelor de investiga\u021bie disponibile.
