Recent \u00eens\u0103, au fost ob\u021binute \u0219i studiate probe sub form\u0103 de pulbere presat\u0103 de CZTSSe. \u00cen contrast cu straturile sub\u021biri sau cristalele aceluia\u0219i material, care de obicei con\u021bin faze secundare, probele-pulbere arat\u0103 un grad de omogenitate compozi\u021bional\u0103 ridicat. Din acest considerent, probele respective s\u00eent atractive pentru studiu fundamental. Deasemenea prezint\u0103 interes \u0219tiin\u021bific \u0219i probele pulbere CZTSSe cu abatere de la stoichiometrie sau cu grad diferit al dezordinii structurale. Din aceste considerente, proiectul dat are ca scop ob\u021binerea \u0219i cercetarea propriet\u0103\u021bilor fizice complexe ale probelor-pulbere de CZTSSe pentru a stabili dependen\u021ba parametrilor electrici \u0219i optici de gradul de stoichiometrie \u0219i de cel al dezordinii structurale.
