Cercetarea probelor monocristaline ob\u021binu\u021be a avut ca obiectiv elucidarea influen\u021bei tipului \u0219i cantit\u0103\u021bii agentului de transport asupra corela\u021biilor dintre ordonarea magnetic\u0103 \u0219i orbital\u0103, \u0219i propriet\u0103\u021bile structurale \u0219i electronice ale acestui compus.<\/p>\n<p>Etapele proiectului:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>utiliz\u00e2nd metoda conven\u021bional\u0103 \u00een faz\u0103 solid\u0103 vor fi ob\u021binute policristale stoichiometrice ale ferimagnetului FeC<sub>r<\/sub>2S<sub>4<\/sub>;<\/li>\n<li>utiliz\u00e2nd metoda reac\u021biilor chimice de transport vor fi ob\u021binute monocristale voluminoase \u0219i calitative ale compusului ternar FeCr<sub>2<\/sub>S<sub>4<\/sub>, utiliz\u00e2nd diferite tipuri \u0219i cantit\u0103\u021bi de agent-transportor;<\/li>\n<li>prin metoda difrac\u021biei cu raze X va fi analizat\u0103 compozi\u021bia chimic\u0103 \u0219i determina\u021bi parametrii structurali a cristalelor ob\u021binute;<\/li>\n<li>vor fi caracterizate propriet\u0103\u021bile magnetice utiliz\u00e2nd magnetometria SQUID;<\/li>\n<li>vor fi caracterizate propriet\u0103\u021bile de transport al sarcinii ale cristalelor prin m\u0103sur\u0103tori galvanomagnetice;<\/li>\n<li>vor fi stabilite corela\u021biile dintre propriet\u0103\u021bile structurale \u0219i magnetice ale monocristalelor prin metoda propag\u0103rii ultrasunetului;<\/li>\n<li>va fi analizat\u0103 influen\u021ba tipului \u0219i cantit\u0103\u021bii agentului transportor asupra propriet\u0103\u021bilor fizice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rezultatele au importan\u021b\u0103 at\u00e2t pentru fizica sistemelor cu corela\u021bii electronice puternice, c\u00e2t \u0219i aplicativ\u0103 datorit\u0103 poten\u021bialului sporit de aplicare a acestor materiale la designul dispozitivelor spintronice \u0219i magneto-optice de genera\u021bie nou\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Executorii proiectului:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stanislav Belevschi, dr., conduc\u0103tor,<\/li>\n<li>Viorel Felea, dr.,<\/li>\n<li>Lilian Prodan,<\/li>\n<li>Dorina Croitori,<\/li>\n<li>Nicolai Curmei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Proiectul\u00a0CSSDT 16.80012.02.25F\u00a0Cre\u0219terea monocristalelor voluminoase a compusului FeCr2S4\u00a0cu structura de tip spinel.
