Obiectivul includea sinteza SC, prepararea structurilor cu filme sub\u021biri metal-SC (Cr-As<sub>2<\/sub>S<sub>3<\/sub>, Cr-Ag-As<sub>2<\/sub>S<sub>3<\/sub>, Cr-As<sub>40<\/sub>S<sub>30<\/sub>Se<sub>30<\/sub>\u00a0\u0219i Cr-Ag-As<sub>40<\/sub>S<sub>30<\/sub>Se<sub>30<\/sub>), \u00eenscrierea prin metode holografice \u00een c\u00e2mpul desc\u0103rc\u0103rii corona a re\u021belelor de difrac\u021bie cu relief-faz\u0103, developarea lor prin corodare chimic\u0103 cu metalizare ulterioar\u0103.
