Ernest Aru\u0219anov<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Durata :<\/th>\n<td>2016 &#8211; 2017<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>Laborator(~oare) :<\/th>\n<td>Laboratorul Materiale pentru Fotovoltaic\u0103 \u0219i Fotonic\u0103<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Obiectivele principale ale proiectului au constat \u00een ob\u021binerea monostraturi atomice de MoS<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0pe substraturi din sticl\u0103, SiO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0\u0219i GaN, analizate ulterior\u00a0 prin metodele spectroscopiei optice (absorb\u021bia optic\u0103, propriet\u0103\u021bile fololuminescente \u0219i procesele de relaxare la diferite temperaturi). Pentru stabilirea condi\u021biilor optime de ob\u021binere a filmelor \u0219i atingerea unor rezultate scontate din punct de vedere ale propriet\u0103\u021bilor fizice, aceste sisteme au fost fabricate prin tehnologia depunerii straturilor atomice (ALD \u2013 Atomic Layer Deposition) \u0219i cea a depunerii chimice din faz\u0103 de vapori (CVD \u2013 Chemical Vapor deposition). Deasemenea, au fost efectuate lucr\u0103ri de optimizare a regimurilor tehnologe de ob\u021binere a filmelor ultrasub\u021biri de MoS<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0corelate cu propriet\u0103\u021bile optice, electrofizice \u0219i morfologice ale filmelor respective.
