Project CSSDT-STCU 6140 Optoelectronic effects in modernization of advanced implants |
|
| Type : | Bilateral project SCSTD(ASM) – STCU # 16.80013.5007.04/6140STCU |
|---|---|
| Head : | Dr.Sci. Nicolae Enaki |
| Duration : | 2016 – 2018 |
| Division(s) : | Laboratory of Quantum Optics and Kinetic Processes |
Wider Objectives
- To use the UV diapason pulsed light to treat the infections between implant and tissue adhesion, neutralizing and destroying microorganisms (bacteria and viruses) accumulated on the surface between the implant and tissue.
- To apply the photon crystal properties in order to substantially increase the contact surface between implant and tissue adhesion (this on the one hand increases the UV surface decontamination, and on the other hand, proposes a new way of adhesion between the photonic crystal deposited on the implant and cellular tissue).
- To develop the possibilities of control of the magnitude and direction of the nuclear recoil of isotopes implanted in cancerogenic tissue.
- To extend the model of photo-nuclear reactions to energy region of Giant Dipole Resonance (GDR) to predict the production rate of isotopes important for medicine.
