The project objective was to develop a system based on digital holographic microscopy for investigating of biological samples by light scattering. Changing directions of illumination and observation allowed high resolution 3D image reconstruction. The specific aim of the project was to use this system to identify the stages of pre-attachment and haustorial development of biological tissues.
